  • Who is it for?

    The program is designed for any team member or practice owner who is involved in the management of a dental practice.

    Aspiring receptionists, current Practice Managers and dental practice owners will all gain enormous value from this program.

  • Delivery

    Participation in the program is online.

    Students can join fellow students at the weekly Live Sessions, facilitated by Julie and Ameena and be stepped through the program week by week.

    Alternatively, progress at your own pace without attending the Live Sessions, using the course content alone.

    All content is housed in your own dashboard and you can move back over lessons at any time.

  • Length

    The Live Session Program is a 12-month process.

    However, students can elect to take a shorter or longer period of time to complete when they choose to progress at their own pace.

  • Price

    The cost of the Dental Practice Management Course is $3,528 including GST. Students are welcome to pay for the course in 12 x monthly instalments of $294 including GST or 24 monthly instalments of $147 including GST.

  • Support

    Ameena and Julie are available for phone calls and emails with students for the duration of the Program.

    Students can book online Lesson Sessions when they need personalised assistance.

    All students can also ask for support and gain feedback from each other through our group communication tool.

  • Recognition

    Completion of the Program will result in the awarding of the Dental Business Mastery Dental Practice Management Program Successful Completion Certificate.

FAQ

  • Are the Live Online Sessions the same time every week?

    Students have the flexibility to select one of two weekly sessions based on their preference. The available choices, in Melbourne time, are Mondays from 9am to 11am and Thursdays from 7pm to 9pm. It's important to note that the same lesson will be delivered during both live sessions in any given week.

  • What if I miss a Live Session?

    All Live Sessions are recorded and made available on your student dashboard for convenient access at any time.

  • What are the due dates on completing the work?

    There are no specific deadlines or due dates imposed. You have the flexibility to progress through your lessons and assignments at your own pace. Students can access the curriculum and Live Sessions for as long as they require, allowing ample time to complete the course materials.

  • Do students need to attend the Live Online Sessions?

    While attending the Live Online Sessions offers numerous advantages, we understand that it may pose challenges for certain students. Therefore, all Live Sessions are recorded and provided to all students for convenient access at any time.

  • Is the content going to be over my head?

    Our curriculum is thoughtfully crafted to make a meaningful impact while remaining easily comprehensible and simple to incorporate into your daily routine. There's no need for concern, as your instructors will provide clear guidance, leading you through each step of the process.

  • How much time does it take to complete the course?

    For students who actively engage in the weekly Live Sessions and complete the assignments to earn their Successful Completion Certificate, a time commitment of 2 hours per week is recommended. However, for students who prefer self-paced learning and progress through the curriculum on-demand, the amount of time dedicated to the course is entirely at their discretion. There are no time restrictions for course completion and students can remain enrolled for as long as they require. It's important to note that the insights, strategies and resources acquired during the course actually enhance your time management skills, significantly improving your efficiency and productivity. As a result, the time invested in the course is effectively returned to you through increased productivity, allowing you to accomplish more within the available time.

The Instructors

Ameena Basile

Ameena is a practice management specialist in the dental industry. She has been working in dental practices for 20+ years, initially as a dental nurse and receptionist. Her enthusiasm for Practice Management was driven by observing the poor business acumen of her father who was a very successful medical GP who died at 57 years old with little to show financially after 35 odd years of running a very busy private practice.

Ameena has spent much of her career mentoring & coaching practices to reach their full business potential. She has a passion for helping dentists manage the production capacity versus the ever-increasing expenditure in a dental practice and all the things that happen in between to gain a successful outcome doing what you love with a happy, supportive, motivated team.

Julie Parker

Julie has worked in practices since the 1980s and was the first non-dentist to own a dental practice in Australia.

After successfully managing her practice for a decade, Julie became a consultant in 2014 to help other dental practices achieve their goals. Over that time, Julie has become a mentor and coach, assisting team members and practices to achieve constant and neverending improvement.
